Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and remote controls are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Dreo
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
